H.E. Mr. Abdelaziz KHELEF, the Director General the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), received in his office on Monday 12/01/2009, a delegation from Togolese Republic, led by H.E. Mr. Gilbert BAWARA Minister of Development, Cooperation and Land Reclamation.

The process of co-operation between Togolese Republic and BADEA was the focus of the discussion that took place during the meeting. The visiting delegation briefed the leadership of BADEA on their projects priorities in all fields.

The Togolese delegation expressed their satisfaction to the level of the co-operation with BADEA commending the role that BADEA is playing in helping their country and in Sub-Sahara Africa.

It is worth-mentioning the total amount of BADEA's financing to Togo stand at 33.415 million dollars towards 13 development projects in that West African country.
